Once you stop eating the bad, but tasty food, when you do eat it, it just doesn't agree with you. It's a thing.
I used to love a good prime rib, but these days, it doesn't do much for me , though I will have a steak once in a while. Lately, my favorite thing to order is shrimp, prepared various ways.
I also like desserts, cookies, cakes, chocolate, but since I don't want to borrow jeans from Bass, I limit those.
Knowing my weakness, most of my "real friends" always have some cookies or chocolate kicking around, for when I visit, but not all of them.

Steak, medium rare, generally fillet minion or strip or rib eye, or even flank, basically hands down, steak.
I will also never shy away from lobster, clams (steamed or fried), and of course corn on the cob. yum!!!!!!!
But I cannot say it enough, STEAK.
