I get up around 7am and am at the shop for 9am till 8pm

Since I have been out of work, I set the alarm for 0730 weekdays. I make sure I make enough noise to wake the rest of the house too 
On weekends, I usually roll out around 0800-0830.
When I was working, I usually had OT or a detail in the morning, so I would get up around 0600-0630. Most nights I got home from work around 0100.
I find that anything over 6-7 hrs of sleep a night and I drag ass all day. There is a sweet spot where if I get less or more I am worthless all day.
On weekends, I usually roll out around 0800-0830.
