What time do you get up?
I only live 9 miles from work and I don't have to be at
work until 8:30 so I usually get up around 7:45.
Weekends are a completely different story, if I wake
up and see it's 7:45 I say to myself "I don't think so!"
and go back to sleep.
My son works at the YMCA and he had to be at
work today for 5:30!
Who else is up at that ungodly hour? The roads were
practically empty and the sun wasn't even up when
we woke up!
So, what time do you get up in the morning?

I get up at 6 every friggen morning. I hate it but working construction right now, its what I have to do. On saturday and sunday I will be lucky to see before noon. It rarely happens.

I used to be able to sleep past noon easily when I was
younger. Now, 11:00 is about my limit.
Ahh, the good old days, party all night, sleep until 12:30,
run to the sub shop, get food, come back and watch football.

6:10 for Rick and I awaken too, when the alarm goes off, I can't go back to sleep. Generally speaking though, I have to be up before 6:30 anyway.
On Saturdays when he works, we get to sleep until 6:20 AM. Another reason to dislike the fact that he has to work some Saturdays. Neither of us want to be up that early.
IF we can sleep in, I can't sleep much past 7:30 most days 8:00 if I stayed up late the night before.

My daughter starts her day between 5 and 5:30 every morning... So I do too. On a rare occasion she will sleep to 6.
Right now I am happy with that because she isnt up at 10pm, midnight, 2am, 4am... I wont miss those days.

I live 5 miles from work but I still have to get up at 6:45 to be there for 8. Then again I make breakfast (not like pop-tart, like eggs, toast, & coffee) every morning. Even then it's tight... I really should be getting up at 6:30, but then that means I only get about 6 hours of sleep.

Rick is up and out of the house 35-45 minutes after getting out of bed. Time enough to shower, shave, have a cup of coffee, a bowl of Cheerios and a quick read of the AM paper.
I need a bit longer. Shower, deal with hair, makeup, breakfast, (cereal or toast) feed the cat, make the bed (can't leave an unmade bed) check email, check S2KI....then go to work.
