i would bet the kitchen remodel is a lot cheaper BUT i'll let Erick do the math as he's much better at it than I
btw Joline - Ben is only Porsche owner in the new england s2000 owners club?? I think he likes younger women :ducks:

i meant to say that while the kitchen may needed to be modded - the hawt grandma doesn't

Yeah median age for my area is the 65 age range, and not based on relgions but its 95% 65 and older Jewish people. We have a lot of their synagoges? around here and the holidays are widely published.
