I called DHL on Friday and filed a claim they stated 4-5 weeks?? - plus they stated that the MFG should pay me/ send a replacement and they would pay him (Muz). I've e-mailed Muz and told him I'd double check if what they said was true. Muz stated once DHL pays him he'll send a new bag..
