Can the S2000 be driven in these events "as is" or does a roll bar have to be installed?

The S can be driven as is. I went to the Glen event last year and it was awesome. I want to go again this year, but I'm not sure if I can afford both days.....It was $60 cheaper per day last year at the glen.
Maybe because they were still so new at the glen?
oh well:shrugshoulders:

You'll need a roll bar or hard top for Lime Rock though.

Kind Regards, Chris

I am in for NHIS August 9, Lime Rock November 5 and hoping to attend Lime Rock on June 11.
NHIS is more fun than Lime Rock but a four hour plus drive for me.

Ben...I know I should see you at the big drive, but are you gonna try and do the event at the Glen as well?

Hi James

The Glen is a bit of a hike for me (about 4 hours each way, or is it 6?)...

Honestly I am a little intimidated by the long straight at the Glen where you can get well above 100mph, and then slow down to like 30-40 mph for the next turn. I don't think my stock brake setting is up for the task. At the very least I'll need stainless steel brake lines and super blue. I was able to do without them at NHIS b/c NHIS's straight is not that long... and I drive slow.

I am not writing it off yet though, esp. if there were couple local guys to drive up there w/ me.

It would be great to get a group together for the Glen!
