Careful Jerry, you grab Gabe's neck too hard he might be able to take you.

Rick's are nice, but they feel fragile. Probably why they weight less than 3 lbs. Excellent choice Fitzy!

Charlie, that's quite the collection you've got there.

I only dabble in guitar myself, but I'm a 17 year veteran Bassist and a drummer.

Hi Charlie

Random thought: They actually use carbon fiber to make guitar now. How cool is that?

Hey, guys!

Rickenbackers are pretty unique. They "reverse" each string course on the 12 strings, and put the bass string on "top". Very cool, and yes made in the good ole! If I ever start playing electric, a Rick 12 will be top on the list.

Fitzy, I'm something of an Ibanez freak. Keeping track of their electric line is pretty amazing; they sure do make a lot! The first acoustic I bought was a 12 string Ibanez AW-75 in 1981 and I still love it; I was just playing it last night. Little did I know it was the start of Ibanez's mainstay Artwood series.... These current Artwoods have since morphed into a "high value" line of axes, but the series I were some of the finest guitars MIJ. I'll post some pictures later of the series I Ibbys I have now.

Ben, many high-end guitars have carbon rods in the neck to help keep them straight. To have a body of carbon though... Well, I have yet to hear a composite guitar that sounds really good. I'm sure it's just a matter of time though.
