Default Tossed in the mod towel

Back to being a civilian again...

Haven't been too active in recent months, and whatever time I've had online has been here in NE rather than in Introductions or Want-to-buy... Anyway, you guys can now talk to me again without fear of spanking.

In point of fact, I spend most of my time on acoustic guitar forums these days. The S is still a big passion, but my guitars get a lot more attention.

Best wishes, all. And.... Yes, we can!

Dave, I saw your post in the other thread. No, I have not had that pleasure yet, but I smell a trip to Lewiston in the near future!

The "collection" is 11 acoustics now. I just sold one of my Taylors last weekend.

I like the idea of a "pass the guitars around" party. I might have to set something like that up! DO you guys play?

I don't play but would still love to see the collection and hear our
musically inclined members play some!

A music-making meet sounds like a hoot.

FYI, part of my passion is 12 string guitars... Here's a couple of snaps from a recent bout of silliness in my kitchen:

Puff, we entered my son in a Guitar Hero tournament at Union Music in Worcester a few months ago. He won a free guitar lesson (real, that is)... Now we have an electric sitting in the music room waiting for him to take that lesson.

Though Guitar Hero isn't playing the guitar, there are some things about it that are relevant... Particularly the notation and coordination / timing aspects of it.
