It was probably someone you know goofing on you (not likely), some kid dialing random numbers and waiting for a woman's voice (more likely) or simply a wrong number who decided to goof on the person he accidentally called (middle likelihood.)
I wouldn't go through the hassle of changing the number and having to tell everyone you changed it and hope you didn't miss someone unless it becomes a problem.

Now I can't say I had an obscene phone call, but for about a week this one kid kept calling my work number during the night, filling my inbox with just the kid saying stupid stuff and mocking that I can't catch him... He never left a number because it was blocked... But on one of the messages WED he forgot to block...
I called him and said "Better tell your mommy the police are coming for you" and hung up. Called the local PD gave them the number and work supplied them voice mail samples. The figured out it was a pay as you go and they were trying to get info as to the owner, providing they registered, from the phone service.
He called back a few time provoking me, calling my bluff, past those on. Well Friday afternoon I get a call from the PD, they figured out who owns the phone (one of those pay as you go), this kids mother. They took a ride over there and the kid basically lost it when the cops showed up and was telling his mom EVERYTHING he did and the numbers he called and what he was saying before the cops could even tell the mother why they were there. Cop said it was priceless to see. I got ONE last call from his mother and him being 'forced' to apologize. Never happened again
