Default Time to change the cell number?

So in addition to getting text messages I don't want and don't appreciate paying for, as well as other annoying calls, this AM I got an unusual call on my cell.

It was not a recorded call. Some guy was mumbling. I told him I was sorry I could not hear him, then he asked me what kind of SE_ I like.

I told him we would not be speaking, thanked him for his call and I hung up.

Never had an obscene cell phone call before....well at least not from someone other than +1.

WTF was that about?

Your number shows up in my caller ID...this caller's number was "withheld."

It was probably someone you know goofing on you (not likely), some kid dialing random numbers and waiting for a woman's voice (more likely) or simply a wrong number who decided to goof on the person he accidentally called (middle likelihood.)
I wouldn't go through the hassle of changing the number and having to tell everyone you changed it and hope you didn't miss someone unless it becomes a problem.
