He has a hard time doing this stuff due to lack of range of motion in his right arm, and he was TOO stubborn to get a taller ladder from the basement to make it easier. He said that was overkill. It truly pains me to see him struggle with the bum arm.
If a cop ever tells him "Put up your hands/arms or I'll shoot" he's gonna be in trouble.
