oil = 6 quarts of 10*30 your choice between dyno or sysnthtic
tranny - i like Honda MTF fluid - 2 quarts
diff - see if you can find some LE-607 if not Mobil 1 75W90 synthetic gear oil - 1 quart
oh and make sure you get 1 Honda 15400-PCX-004 filter - don't let them give you anything BUT part number 15400-PCX-004
