Yep, the treadmill is in your future. they will attempt to get your heart rate up to a specified number based on your age, height and weight. I would guess they will want to go into the 150's with you. Then they will cool you down and not release you until your rate is back to what it was before the test.

The worst part of the whole thing is when the nurse dry shaves your chest. I'm sure you won't mind while she's doing it (for reasons I do not have to explain) but it will kill you for the next week.To top it off, when you take your shirt off you'll look like the 40 year old virgin....oh...sorry
