Good post. Reading about their trip makes me remember some of the stuff I love about my car. I miss the fun we used to have as a club back in 02-03. We used to do cool stuff like that (certainly not on that level though ).

I agree. It is not 1/10th the place it used to be. I think many people now just come here to get a laugh at the comments people make. No one tries to build anything. No one really cares about having a good organization. After all the useless fights about selling stuff on the board, now half the threads seem to be about stuff for sale. We might as well turn it into a classified add board.

Next time I go to Japan I'm going to have to hit up some of those places. I'm kicking myself for being in Osaka and not thinking of J's Racing. I don't feel so bad about Twin Ring Motegi since it's kind of not near where I went.

I did lots of mods and got grief for it from some people. Same thing with my highly tweaked Vette. Some people in Gate City Corvetts were horrified that i had changed the car. Go figure.
