Maybe they were on their way back in. Some fart who wanted to be a fireman when he was a kid and never made it decides to complain.
On the other end of this, I am glad someone is picking on the firemen now and not just the cops

And thats why cops enjoy giving out tickets. Or at least why I do when I do it. I figure if people are going to hate you because of your job, give em a damned good reason.
