Default STAY TUNED for Bass' review of

so i ran out of s100 and read that walmart is now selling Autoglm high definition wax for about 1/2 of what the online detail shops are selling it for

walmart - $35.00 most online detail places $70.00 now i would never spend $70.00 on wax (although the Zaino kit was around $125.00) but S100 is $16.00 at the local Harley place and i do love the look of it but it only lasts a month or two

anyway - i've been obsessed with the mustang since i got it - cleaning it nightly and wiping it off in the morning (i need a damn garage)

right now it has one coat of black magic wet wax (hated this stuff as it streaked like a MF but only noticed at dust) then I washed it and applied three coats of Klasse Sealant Glaze.. (good stuff but needs 24 hours between coats)

i plan to top the SQ with this new HD wax

anyway

here's what the stuff looks like

my plan is to do a quick detail tonight and the apply one coat tonight and one coat tomorrow with a finishing pad with the porter cable - the hope is that it gives more depth to the Klasse Sealant glaze and hopefully repel this damn pollen

game plan is to correct the center caps this friday at Erick's when the wheels come off to paint the calipers - That's right PTO day this friday

I have heard great things about it. Also, use much less than you're used to using/think you need.

I'll be buying it this weekend.

What sucks is waxing a white car. At least the missed wax spots/excess wax won't be seen easily!

just finished - not enough light and my cell is dead so no pics yet - BUT you're right i used a very small amount of wax - this stuff should last me years

put it on with my PC and a finishing pad to ensure an even coat

very easy to use just like s100 however with s100 i wipe on and wipe off - this stuff i followed the directions and let it cure for 20 minutes before wiping off - seems a little tougher to wipe BUT not bad at all

the car is a LOT better looking than in the previous pics BUT that could be due to both the three coats of klasse SG and now this stuff - i'll do one more coat tomorrow after work and shoot some pics

i guess the big test is how long it lasts -

oh and i agree about white cars

oh and just like s100 there's no cleaners in this wax it should only be used as a topper / last step product after the paint is prepped
