So yesterday I'm at Wendy's with the grandson. He's three. He's having a Frosty. He hears music over the speakers and tells me it's Hannah Montana. OK, I know my granddaughter is into that..he starts singing along....

After that rendition he starts singing "womanizer, womanizer." I'm as I have no clue what the kid is singing and I'm wondering what his Dad (my son) is playing for music in the car.

We got back to my place and I asked my granddaughter about it, she had stayed behind with Rick. She starts singing the tune....with the word womanizer....in the lyrics..

I forgot to ask my son or daughter in law about the tunes.

So since I'm can any of you young folks tell me what the heck my grandkids are listening to, and should I ground my son?

Its brittney spears new song it's not bad other then that word. she talks about how this guy wants her but she says not becuase he is a womenizer. but on your sons account what is a grown man listening to brittney spears for? (in his defence it is played on the radio sometimes. but not enough the kids should know it.)

Who knows...maybe the kids like it, or it's on the radio...She knew a Nickelback tune recently too.

I think I should ground him.

Mystery solved. Daughter in law tells me the song comes on fairly often on the radio, in the car. She never really paid attention to the lyrics, radio was on for noise, (probably to drown out the noise of two kids in the back seat.)

Anyway, one day she said she turned the volume down as she got a call and heard the little guy singing away about the "womanizer." They don't have the CD, but you'd be amazed how quickly kids learn catchy tunes if they hear it often enough.

She's a good mom. I think she's turning down the volume now when Brittany sings.
