S60R is an awesome machine. Expensive maintainance though 
For the $$$ it's hard to beat the TL. I've had 2 as loaners while my MDX was in for its routine maintainance, both Autos
but still enjoyable. However, I'm actually partial to the TSX myself. It's extremely tossable and revs like the S . The TL really feels like a big car to me, and I'm not a fan of the stock 5-spokers... It would have to be an A-spec TL if I was buying one.

If you can deal with importing from Europe, RS4's (at least in Switzerland) are pretty common and should be ready to import without a hassle. If you need financing, well, that could be another story for that car.
