Default Skiers and Boarders be Jealous

WooHooooo
Been waiting for this vacation for 6 months now! - and the only reason I don't mind winter and not driving the S.
Going for a week - on the mountain for 4 solid days - snow predicted all week.

Anyone been? any essentials I'll need besides what you'd normally bring to a mountain on a cold day? Anything you wish you'd brought with you? Tips?

Have fun, Ryan. A ski trip is NOT on my list of destinations.

Some folks would recommend that you might need to allow yourself a little time to adjust to the higher altitude.

if you haven't done altitude, it's different at the top.

if your skiing, I've heard of trail strings on your skis.
lose your ski in 4 feet of pow and your screwed.
bring your FRS radios. just in case.
small digital camera, best if it can save in raw format. jpeg gets crappy on fine grey scales like snow.
