Selling Comptech Kit Soon
Just to give you New England guys a heads up first before I post this in the for Sale section. I'm currently buying a factory fuel pump and crank pully and oil pan to take the Comptech Kit off of my car.
I'm also buying the replacement bracket to include with the kit. I was going to have it welded, and use it until I got the new one, but have decided to speed up my plans so it's coming off sooner.
My car was shiped out to Comptech and the kit was installed by them, so there is nothing missing, or installed half assed. This will be a direct bolt on, nothing else needed. No need to send me your parts, i'm making this as easy as possible for someone to bolt this on and go.
The reason for me selling it is because i'm going to be building a civic race car for next years track season. There is absolutley nothing wrong with the kit, I just can't have both a supercharged S2000, and an all motor race car at the same time. Included with the kit will be the following:
Comptech Supercharger Kit (non AC, stock boost pulley, complete with updated bracket w/ rubber bushings which cost me $500 +shipping)
Comptech Crank Pulley
Factory S2000 Oil Pan tapped for oil return
255lph Fuel Pump
Comptech Cold Air Intake
Comptech Adjustable Fuel Pressure Riser
Comptech Stainless Steel Headers (tapped for EGT and AEM UEGO)
Greddy Type-S Blow Off Valve
Vortech VC-1 (Electronic Map Limiter) (no BS check valve here
Greddy EGT gauge w/ sensor
AEM UEGO Wideband Gauge w/ Sensor
Science of Speed Dual A-Piller Pods
This is a pretty complete kit to bolt on some major horsepower and keep tabs on it. I'm really big on tuning and making sure the engine is happy with the a/f levels (which is why I bought the gauges). This kit produces all of the right readings (both EGT and A/F). The kit has about 10k miles on it and runs perfectly. The gauges are brand new.
Here comes the fun part. I'll let this kit go for two types of currency. U.S Dollars (to be determined), or trade for a hatchback civic (92-00). Depending on the year/color/condition/motor? of the hatch will determine if i'll want any cash thrown on top or what have you. As you can probably assume, the all motor racecar i'm building will be a civic hatch.
