Default seatbelt squeak on leather

i think that it gets worse in the humidity...b/c it wasn't bothering me too much until recently when the humidity went up. i've read that a little piece of felt glued on the seat will get rid of the "squeak." anyone try this or a different remedy?

just came across Rick's suggestion to loosen the seat belt guide and place a piece of 2X2 black felt under it, align it properly and tighten it the seat belt guide back into place. problem solved according to those who've tried it. now its time to find some black felt...i think i found an excuse to go for a ride...to the fabric store!

I had never heard this noise before the wine drive, towards the end it became apparent and drove me nuts. I guess what some do is glue a piece of felt or velcro to the spot where the belt touches the leather seat. I'd like to avoid that route, I'm hoping once I treat the seats with leather cleaner/protectant it might help matters.

Got to create a spacer of some sort for the Seat belt guide. Tommi when you come on down for the horn we can take a look at that. I was going to mock one up with wood then send it off to some engineering buddies to do a plastic piece to put in there.
