I hate the look of stubble, to me the person always looks unkept.
And of course in my situation is would be a double disaster, because it is my facial hair that shows my are, as in it is 90% grey.

I'd be interested in a survey done in the US to see if that shows different results. British men are not always at the top of the attractive list... maybe covering up most of their face helps 
And 76 women is really NOT very many for a "study".
