BTW, Dave, just watched the Phantom Gourmet, they reviewed a bunch of "roadtrip" destinations up your way. And I thought the only thing you went to Maine for was Lobster They had this place called the "Green Monkey" that I need to check out soon

Maine has a lot of great thing unfortunately most only think of the coast and lobsters. while that is certainly worthy of remembering, the north country has many splendid mountains and some great camping! Maine is a unique state. Mountains to the west, Deep woods to the north and Coast to the east. Also add in 4 true seasons and its a playland to be enjoyed. even the winters are gorgeous and there is plenty to do in them if your the active type. I think the Green Monkey you speak of is located just over the border in Portsmouth N.H.
