I never driven both to give you a comparison .
But you have to remember that it was designed still to be a upgrade but OEM but still give a decent ride like OEM . I guess it depends on cost and what you plan to do with the car . You might find something aftermarket or more better to spend the money on ..
So guess it depends on price and purpose of use

Upgrading to a CR suspension would real, real low on my list of upgrades if I ever considered ruining my perfectly stock car. In my opinion, the CR suspension parts are just too expensive compared to aftermarket and the already very capable stock suspension.

the front sway bar is stiffer and the rear sway bar on the ap1 is stiffer spring rate is a litttle stiffer. shocks are the same better to get a set of H&R Coilovers and a set of sway bars and tower bars and body brace

I would go with an aftermarket coil over set up. I have the tein mono flex with edfc which is a pretty good ride. Im upgrading springs cause i want it stiffer. But like someone else said all on what you want to do with your car.

it placed last in a suspension test. But it was the fastest stock setup in the s test. Any aftermarket setup will be quicker.
source is sport compact car june 2008 issue 4th paragraph down on this link http://www.sportcompactcarweb.com/features...ests/index.html
references it
spoon sports was fastest at 2:02.932
stock cr setup was slowest at 2:12.461
the stock cr setup was 9.5 seconds slower!
cost of the spoon setup was $3076.50
So it comes down to a couple of questions
do you want to retain all stock parts on your s
do you want the best performance regardless of price
is it cheap enough to warrant vs other systems if you dont care about remaining stock
