yep the hail was about pea sized.

man does that make a racket on the soft top.

We had a salesman who came from that area and he said the hail got to be about 1" I thought he was B.S. but Channel 4 reported 1 - 1.5" diameter in that area.

What is with all the severe weather these past few years

Hail worriesme. In the early 80's we had a storm come through with quarter sized hail. Every car that was caught out in it had hundreds of dings in them. A guy I worked with had a new Prelude whose hood looked like a golf ball.
