Definitely get your blood sugar checked. My eyesight wasn't affected before being treated for diabetes, nut a co-worker nearly lost his sight his levels were so high. You may not even feel any differnt.

Jeff, Diabetes is not to hard to control if its diagnosed early and treated properly. But usually it manifest itself in eyesight issues before other things.
It might not be diabetes itself, but something like a thyroid issue that manifests with pre-diabetic conditions. You really should go to your regular doc for bloodwork, and mention your eyesight change.
My father in law has been borderline diabetic for years. He's on the edge of needing medicine, but just by watching his sugar intake, he's been doing well.
