Ever drive it with Billman?

NEW RE-01R's going on my car in the Spring so I'll be ready!
If I make this, I'll be putting new ones of those on the rear. The fronts will won't be new, but who cares what the front tires are doing?

I plan to use my Christmas overtime check to pay for my wheels to be refinished and new Michelin PS-2's mounted.

When we went to the Dragon last year we drove through Pigeon Forge, TN (I think
it was Tennessee). There's some touristy-type stuff to do there.

Speaking of tires, it was raining last night after work and I went to take
a right hand turn and with my bald tires and a little too much throttle,
I did a 360 in the middle of the intersection.
im sure the cold weather didnt help either, its the time of year where if your running summer compounds it gets dicey out there at any given moment.

I'm still on the fence about going next year. Mainly because of the LONG drive down there. However, I just may do it if there's a huge turnout from the NE & Metro area.

With that said, I'm in the market for summer tires because of the possibility of me going.

Which should I go with?
RE-01R? or Z1 Star Spec?

I'd prob go with the Dunlops because they are cheaper and have been getting rave reviews.

Ask Quickshifting (from NY Metro) his opinion about the Dunlop Z1's. He ran them at WTD 2008.

There should be 25-40 depending on how many of the NE people actually go when April rolls around.
