Have you given some thought to temping in your field of study? If you leave the bank of course. Sometimes they can lead to good jobs.
If you are still at the bank (per your resume) have you thought about working in a different department? Like maybe audit or something else that suits you?
I have always viewed a job search as a job in itself. You have a nice resume started, so you should post it on Monster and other boards. Also make as many copies as you can and search the job postings in area newspapers where you want to work. You never know what may pop up.
You could also look at the web pages of places where you would want to work, many of them allow online applications right from their sites.
It is always hard work to find a new position that fits. And I know that this is all advice that you probably have heard before, but a search is hard and tedious labor.

Tyler, take it from someone who knows . Go back to school ASAP and get the college degree. It opens up many more doors and those doors have much better salaries behind them than the doors you go through without the degree.
As Steve, suggested, cut your expenses, live within your means (not fun, but it can be done) find a job, even if it's temporary, but go back to school!
