If #2 is the truth then she should know that. If she STILL wants to sleep with you then it's her problem after that truth is known.
And if you are serious about NOT wanting her at all, and you don't even want to sleep with her again than it won't be an issue anyway
Me personally, I would rather be told the truth whatever it is. If someone is nice to you at all it gives you hope that maybe, someday, it could be... and the longer someone thinks that way about you the worse it gets and harder to accept the truth.

In college I used to have a friend who i really wasn't into in any sort of way, I knew when she "invited herself over" for a party on the weekend that it would inevitably lead to excessive drinking (it was college after all) and vaugly acceptable sex. I did make it VERY clear that there was zero interest beyond my current low standards and my "permitting" her to use me for sex nothing more. friends with benefits for some unspecified duration.
If you are exceptionally up front about it it can be done but in the long run you may be slighlty disapointed in yourself and it probably wont do much for her self esteem or any non sexual friendship you may have with her
