These people want you to lie about who you sold the car to just to make their lives easier. LET THEM TELL THEIR OWN LIES.

DO NOT GIVE THIS PERSON A BILL OF SALE!!!! The guy who sold it to the current holder has not filled out the paper work correctly. You have no idea what happened. Maybe he sold it as parts and now they want to register it but cannot because they have a bill of sale that says parts only. Whatever the reason for this screw-up, do not reinsert yourself into the chain of ownership now.

The most you can do is provide information about the person you sold it to. AND THAT IS ALL.

Yeah i would walk away from it Steve. Its out of your hands. Clearly he didn't want you to fill it out because he knew he was gonna flip it. And didn't want to pay to fix the problems and transfer the title into his name like he should have.

Do yourself the favor walk away...

This is the inherent problem with selling it cheap, it took the buyer no time at all to flip it. Hate to say it Steve but you shoulda upped the price as recommended and put the $$ in your pocket. Walk away from this though its nothing but a bad deal.
