TERM 250k will cost me 2100.00 a year and whole like forgetaboutit

f it - if i die - i die the 50k from work will pay to bury me and the rest to my cats - screw everyone else

You CAN do the Homestead thing on your own. I had help from my sister, who happens to be an attorney. AND she makes home made baked goods.
