I am looking for a New Hampshire dealer for warranty work, if ever needed.
Has anyone dealt with the service department at Honda Barn, in Stratham, NH.
If so, was it a positive, negative experience?
Any info on this or other NH dealers would be welcome!
Thanks RICH

Honda Barn has done right by me in the service dept. The Parts guys are very accomadating and carry Honda aftermarket stuff like shirts, jackets, coolers, etc.

I can not give a bad enough recommendation to Honda Barn without getting kick out of this forum.
Here is the breif story. I brought my winter car, a '91 Sentra SE-R there for service becuase of a hesitation problem. They told me I needed an new alternator and it would be $600'ish. I paid them for their professional diagnosis and said I would come down to pick the car up that nights and do it myself. When I arived to pick the car up that night I got into the car and oddly enough no dome light and no power. There was a note in the car stating "Your headlights will not shut off" Hmmmm. I looked at the headlight switch and it was left on. So I went inside and a salesman came out with a jumper box thingy and we jump started the car. And would you know it the head lights turned on and off just fine. Before he left I shut the car off and started it to make sure the batter had enough juice. And would you know it my bad alternator somehow charged my battery. Odd the saleman thought. So I put a new alternator in and had the old one tested and the old one tested fine. They did not want to refund me for the bad diagnosis or troubles of changing an alternator that was not bad. I am glad I did not give them the $600 to fix it. Very Very poor service.
I recomend Scott at Manchester Honda. Wherever he goes I will follow (I already live an hour away as it is). He loves cars, customers, used to race gokarts too. I am very happy to have found him. Just call him. You will be thanking me. Cash accepted!!
