The highest calories/most fattening dish ever!
Every now and then I have an urge to eat something really heavy and also very tasty. I think they pretty much go hand in hand.
Anyway, please share your own experience here.
What is the highest calaries dish or fattening dish you have ever had?
I'll go first.
Chinese braised pork belly. My guess on the calories is 6000 and 500g of pure fat.
You can literally see 60% or 70% of the meat is pure fat. When it is prepared right. It tastes heavenly good.
Every time I ate it, since that is so many calories and fat, I would be feeling like having a fever or something, as if my body was working over time to burn it off.
Still, it is worth it.
Now it is your turn.

Somehow I feel like no one will be talking about food in this thread anymore.

Now I am taking a second look at your signature...I kind of have to agree with Jeff. Sorry buddy, fair is fair.

Speaking of FOOD....here is one.
Pan Seared Foie gras (goose or duck) over a beef filet wrapped in bacon.....
BTW...I've seen the dish you are speaking about on the FOOD network......I want one.

I think everything I eat is tasty and not good for me
I bought some drano for my Colen today and start a 2 week cycle to clean it out Hopefully it works like it should and my body gets back to the way it used to be . Diet alone does not seem to change anything I think I need to get rid of all the grease I have stored
So to answer you Thomas ... BACON , BACON , BACON on everything . Jeff I need some of that chocolate covered bacon .. Yum on the Ar15.com people weave the bacon into a 1 foot square and cook it then top it with a omelet and then roll it up like a crepe ...... I will have to go to Steve's to try it ..
