My wife is a saint. She even brings me the "pee can" so I don't have to get up. Combine that with the fact that she told me to get a hard top and I KNOW I found the right one!!!!

Rick has had injuries to arms and legs. We decided leg injuries are more of a PIA. The inability to get around is much more difficult than being unable to zip your own pants or tie your shoes because of an arm that's all strapped up in a fancy sling....

Yeah, being stuck in one spot is no fun. I would love to just go sit outside in the yard right now. If my arm was hurt, I could get out there.

be careful how much exercise the elbow gets while your sitting still.
those inert calories add up real fast when you can't burn off any energy.


and be patient and hopeful, the worst pain goes away in 3-4 days.
