Good news! / Anyone lives around the Danvers (MA) area?
Friends,
It looks like I have finally landed a job after almost 2 years of unemployment! I'm still trying to digest the news and trying to convince myself that it's real and I'm not just dreaming.
The job will be in Danvers, MA. I'm not familiar with the area at all and need some help in finding temporary housing for now. If you or anyone you know is renting a room/apt that I could spend 2/3 nights a week at, please let me know. I will start looking in the papers as well.
My wife an I cannot move from Springfield right away cause of her job, school and our two dogs. This is why I'm thinking of commuting on alternative days as a solution till december (when she finishes school). I've done this before so I know I can do it for a few months, just need to find a temp place to sleep for those 2/3 nights a week.
I would also like to thank you all for helping me with the job search and with my car troubles thru these tough times. I feel so lucky to have such good friends!

Mas, congratulations and welcome to the eastern side of Mass. You want to find something north of Boston. Hope your car is ok for the commute.

Thanks guys!
I'm sure I'll find a place. As for the car, it's going back to the shop in a week or so and I hope this time they are able to fix it. I'm also looking into getting a beater or get rid of the S altogather.

When I lived in Mboro I used to work off 495 so I'm not familiar with the commute on 95/128, from what I've heard it's not so good.
