Don't get caught "loading up". over a certain amount is smuggling or something.
Long ago my sister lived in MA, she was about 10 minutes from NH. I remember when we went to the liquor store we had a limit we had to respect. I know, because I remember going back a few days in a row to get all the supplies needed...

be careful with that Mark. If you get stopped by the wrong trooper with a hair across his arse, you could end up getting charged with tax evasion.

So NH guy, considering the billions NY State brings in on taxes for the sale of items such as smokes, where does NH make up this revenue?

But surely a carton or maybe two would be ok, or not?

Stop your belly aching and just quit.

BTW- NY has the highest tax on smokes in the nation.

"Isn't that something - to say that I'm excited about a tax increase? But I am," said Dr. Richard Daines, the New York health commissioner. "This is a public health victory. We know one of the really effective tools to get people off of their nicotine addiction is to the raise the price."

nope i'm gonna lobby for all track events to be taxed to the max!!! - it does nothing but polute the air

Steve (and anyone else) I don't mind going into a store up here in NH and
picking up smokes for you if I was coming down for a meet.

So, let me know when we are both signed up for the same meet and I'll
make a run for you!!

AWESOME

just keep it on the down low as the 5.0 are reading

NH = Live free or Die

mass - tax the hell out of you then die

Absolutly.

It is when you have a case of Marlboro Lights cartons in the trunk that you run into trouble

I'll just keep it out of VTEC when I'm hauling contraband.

Beats the hell outta me. The primary taxes for NH residents are property taxes
and car registration "taxes" although they don't call them that.
