Sure I'll pass the word. Unfortunately US based developers are as scarce as punch cards around here. Hell I don't even advise kids I know to go into IT unless they truely love technology even then I don't tell them to do a CS degree.

A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline or the equivalent technical training and work experience and a minimum of 2 years of related experience for the EI (2) level position OR 5 years related experience is required for the FI (3) level position; a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline and at least 8 years related experience is required for the GI(4) level position.
In addition to exceptional analytical skills, the successful candidates must demonstrate strong customer focus, team membership skills and oral/written communications skills. A proven track record of producing quality products to predetermined standards and specifications plus a desire to learn and apply new skills are required. Project management skills are a definite plus. Experience in distributed technologies and proprietary databases a plus. Experience with GE-Smallworld is a plus.

plan, design, develop, test, coordinate, implement and maintain computer business applications;
analyze business/technical and related issues to formulate and develop or purchase new and/or modified computer programs/systems;
create revisions to existing programs, systems and procedures and use appropriate tools to correct deficiencies and maintain more effective data handling, conversion and storage; and/or,
reconcile user requirements with existing and/or projected computer capacity, capabilities and performance.
Applicants must include with their application a list of technologies in which they are experienced.
