Default Friend's Mother's House for sale

A buddy of mine is trying to sell his mothers home in Foxboro. Looks like a nice place. Good starter home or "step-down" home. I think it is less than 10 years old. He tells me they have priced it aggresively. If anyone is interested, here is the info.

You should buy this Lainey. You'll be right next to Steve and me.

Send them your bid!!!

I'm not sure they are getting rid of any of the contents. The mom is moving to a senior community and apparently the units there are pretty big. My friend told me a house sold in this neighborhood recently for 400K, so he thinks they are priced right. I'm guessing he will entertain offers as they just want to move this home and get mom set up in the new place.

I took a look at the pics. I guess it would be perfect if you like pink. Maybe Lainey wants it. She's prissy.

If they had listed the house with me it would be sold already.

I would expand the second floor over the garage and make a master suite. Possibly make a 2 car garage while I am there. Looks like a nice place. The price is about comparable to what a starter around here is as well. I don't see them having a hard time selling it.
