I don't know, but Steve mentions "Steak Dive" and "Wendells" an aweful lot, maybe there's something there?

Currently the cat's name is Gilbert or.. Gilly. But... the cat is only a year old or so. I figure it'll get used to a change. Something that sounds sorta like either of those names might be better. "Kitty" sounds a little like Gilly, that might work for now.

the question is, is this an indoor or an outdoor cat?

if it's an indoor cat, I'll go with dumbass.
he wind up calling it that anyway, I mean it is a cat after all.
of course if it's an outdoor cat you really can't be standing in the back door, "HEY DUMBASS"
It'll be an indoor car. Wendell's +1's cat answers to, "sh1thead" even though it's real name is Smokey.

Honestly, I've never seen a cat that knew it's actual name. It just seems to know that it's being talked at, and if it looks at the person talking and sees them looking back at them, they respond accordingly.

Kimmie's cat she named "Tao", but he's grown accustomed to "kiddo" so I think they can be trained for named recognition.
