That's exactly what I did when I bought my MY00. Bought the car on the 6/30/00 and took delivery on 7/2. The dealer rushed the paperwork through so they can record the sale for June. Though I never did check if the State went by the month on the purchase agreement or the month in which delivery took place.

It would help to know what are their fiscal quarters as well. I want to have as much bargaining chips as I can get.

Well, Ben, you'll have to check this new Ragsdale place out. I'll bet you can get an awesome price if you get them in a bidding war with Bernardi... Whether there'll be anything off the lot for you, though, is another question.

One thing... I think you'll do better now than April or May though, Ben. You might want to consider doing this deal soon if you want to get the best $$.

The problem with that is I am trading in my S too. So winter works against both cars' value. Besides, I have to de-mod my car during warmer days, and I want to see how the IS will turn out.

But yes, I'll def check out that new dealership when time comes.
