My bad about the holes, I was thinking of the AP1 lip that requires drilling if you want to use all the holes. I know nothing about the AP2 stuff.

After reviewing the installing instruction I know what going on the tab I mention which wasn't lining up with the bumper was the tab for the fender bolts that was close and I'm over here about to purchase another bumper..

Yeah I really wanted to do it as well but the thing is I just got into an accident with my car I hit the curb and damaged the right side fender, front lip and had a spider crack on my bumper now I have to fix those before anything else..Just drop my front lip today to have it fix still need to the bumper I need to find another place for that since it didn't came out that nice the first time especially around the vent.

Did a quick U turn thinking the car was sharp enought and didn't step on the break hard enought or on time and end up hitting the curb..Ouch I was fine didnt' get hurt only money wise hurt.. : (

I know what you mean, mang. For a small car the S has a pretty wide turning radius. Sorry to hear about the little incident.
