Well, I am in the process of getting it illuminated. Planning to just connected to the Brake lights. If this doesnt work, then I will buy Dan's (Macgyver) mod to light it up. I am also planning on custom cutting the whole windscreen, similar to Rick's. But a little smaller.
I had already planned on cutting the S2000 in the windscreen (just like you have pictured) by a buddy of mine who does glasswork. But yours looks much nicer and a little deeper than the method he described to me. I was going to illuminate screen by embedding LED's in the plastic under it and hook it to my parking lights.

FYI- those pics didnt work for me...

Looks like you guys had the same exact idea, same logo and illumination thing. Ryan, you can specify how deep you want to cut the design, that's the good part, you can literally control every aspect of it by adjusting the settings in the software.

The whole screen will be routed out from a piece of Plexiglass. So you dont have to buy one else where.
I can get Lexan pretty cheap. Doesnt scratch like plexi and wayyyyy more durable.

How about this coming Saturday, April 26 at around 12 or so. The location of the actual cutting will be my Kenny's friend's shop in Quincy (A&W Automotive, 112 Copeland St.). For right now, the only design we have is the S2000 Logo. And we can etch it on to your OEM windscreen. The price for this etching will cost $40.

So, how does this sound.

I'd just installed mine. I will post pix tomorrow.

Ellen, you mentioned you wanted the S2KI.COM logo, do you have a vectorized logo or EPS

No I haven't created any designs for a logo. I can't afford custom anyway... not sure I can even afford the gas to get to Quincy or the etching. I was hoping this might be later in the summer...

I leave for Watkins Glen on the 27th and it's going to be a very expensive weekend followed by another expensive weekend at spring fling
