Curtis Ryan Service feedback
I have previously recommended Curtis Ryan as excellent. Well after the last oil change I have to rethink this recommencation. It is based purely on cosmetics after a simple oil change, but leaves me to wonder if they really did something substantial whether the result is a function of who does the work.
I have had them do three oil changes over 6300 miles; one at 3200, one at 4300, and the last one at 6300. The last one left oily hand prints over the car.
Am I being too anal?
I don't think so.
The moral of the story, the dealership is as good as it's weakest link. This boys and girls translates to who actually does the work.

Sorry to hear that. I have yet to go there for any service but heard a lot of good things about Curtis Ryan. I will actually be there tomorrow to pick up some oil filters. I have yet to perform my first oil change and I am up to 5,500 miles to date. I guess this story just reinforces my belief on performing my own oil changes as I do to all my vehicles. Thanks for the heads up!
