So I just ordered a new HU from Crutchfield. It went like this:
2:45 PM: Order placed online. I asked a specific question in the order.
2:50 PM: Email answering my question and saying my order has been received.
4:00 PM: Email saying it's been shipped via UPS (ground- free shipping)!
I don't think I've ever had such a quick experience buying ANYTHING online EVER. Especially not on a Friday afternoon. My hat is off to Crutchfield.

Yeah, I could have saved about $25 elsewhere. But then I wouldn't get the harness adapter or a reasonable company to deal with if something goes wrong. Piece of mind is worth a few bucks to me.
