Guess I'm going out after all. If I start now I won't be able to get to the bar
Ellen, get a bit of food in you BEFORE you start drinking.

I will Mom I'm looking around the house now to see what I can have for less than 8 points (400 calories).

Based on the title of your page link Doug I'm going to skip it. I have enough reasons to feel badly about myself today. I don't need any more

400 calories? You can have an apple, or a banana, a couple of low calorie, high fiber slices of bread, maybe even some tuna, or a little peanut butter and a small glass of skim milk. Or a salad with grilled chicken, or in your case, microwaved chicken.

Nice and healthy. Sounds yummy, doesn't it Bass?

Don't drink too much. You'll only feel lousy in the AM.
