It's going to rain so much this week that I think you could just leave your car outside and you would be all set.

Pinky,

That is awesome, but I hope you have a garage. It would be a shame to put that much work into cleaning your car and then have it get rained on or covered w/ pollen. I washed my car saturday morning and by saturday afternoon it was green from pollen. Also, I'm really glad to hear about another Zymol guy on this website everyone seems to be Zaino people around here. Which Zymol wax do you use?
It has a roof over it's head for now..........though when it doesn't and it's clean it gets a car cover even at work!

I use the Japon which is specific to Japanese cars. Though just about any of the high end ones are fine. Paste in the plastic jar not the liquid junk made by Turtle Wax.

I agree that clay bar is amazing!! I finally got around to using a clay bar on the NSX this past week (after almost a year of no wax or clay bar) and the finish is SOOOO much better now. The white looks cleaner, and is for sure smoother. The finish has a kind of glow that I just love.

Yeah. That liquid one is garbage. Zymol actually was about to sue Turtle Wax over the use of their name, but I guess they changed their mind, because they removed that page from their website. I've never tried the Japon. I used to use the Concours wax, but then I bought the sampler that had Vintage, Atlantique, and Destiny. I'm still using the Vintage bottle. It's awesome.

Vintage is, indeed, excellent.

Clay Bars are great. I use the Meguiar's Medium bar. Try it over the windows and lense covers too. I do it about 4 times a year though, and some times put on a 3M Hand Glaze after the clay bar and then wax. I bought some Colinite Special Edition Carnubar paste wax that is quite good. Dries very clear, lasts long, and is fairly easy to apply. Zymol wax is good, but I think it can get a little too soft on the car in the summer.
