I had to go to TJMaxx or Marshalls or whatever because JP outgrew his snow suit. CC was in the same plaza. The lot was packed. I don't dare go in there. Slickdeals have been my favorite shopping place lately.

I was in there today looking at the I-touch. it was 20% off. I know its a long shot but do you think it will go lower than that?

The liquidators have control of the stores. The 30% off was from the list price. I looked at a TV that had been selling for $2000-$2200. Now at 30% off list of around $2600 it cost MORE that the usual price. No deals yet.

Plus, the debtor often has the option of returning the merchandise in satisfaction of the debt. So there is often no reason to sell below the merchant's cost, less shipping.
