Default Cheap Leases

Has anyone ever checked out www.leasetrader.com? You can assume other people's leases and often times, they'll throw in a cash bonus to take over their lease.

I can't wait until my lease expires; I am just going to take over someone else's and just get a different car every year. The best part is that the original person is the one who paid all the downpayments and taxes, you just keep paying the monthly payments.

There are a few 911's for around $700.00 and a Turbo 911 for around $1,000.00. Crazy how many sportscars on this site have like a 2K a month mileage allowance. People like me who lease a car, but never drive it and have miles to burn...

I would think with all the good deals on purchasing cars now that leasing wasn't as attractive as they used to be. But then again like you said you can just take over payments and not worry about taxes, prep, depreciation... I wonder about any hidden costs though

Some people got some poor leases. I feel bad for that guy. I have a feeling unless he throws out several thousand $$$$, he's stuck.

Did you see the CLK500 Convertible for like $600.00 a month? A few Boxster S for mid $500's.

A friend of mine just bought a 500 CLS AMG package car that has had so many problems, he's returning it to MB under the lemon law. He's thinking just taking over someone's misfortune for short term leases instead... Makes sense if you a firm on leasing.

I like buying over leases especially when I make payments I like to know that I will have something at the end.
