Thanks for the link Steve. Anyway I drained the oil out of the jack via turning it over and letting the oil leak out into an oil pan. Next I added new oil until it slightly overflowed, gave the jack a few pumps, it bubbled over then I reinstalled the fill screw, wiped off excess. Works as good as new now.
