Hey all. Been nutty busy - g/f had a flood (pipe burst) in her condo 5 days before she was to sell it, had to clean up that mess, repaint, re-install baseboards, and get it moved out. This last 2 weeks has been painting and getting the new place ready as my lease expires on the 15th and this weekend is the "big stuff" part of the move. Yuck.

Just moving to Cheshire, CT - not too far.

I'll check back in later as time allows.
